It sucks when you face the problem that Gmail keeps crashing. The Gmail application is very important as most of our work is done on that application. It is very important as most of our documents are received on it. Sharing and receiving documents for formal use is done through that app. Gmail keeps stopping happens most of the time. There are a few ways through which you can solve this issue and they are as follows:

1) Update the application: The first thing you should do when the application does not work is to update it. In many cases, if the application is not updated then the Gmail app does not work and Gmail keeps crashing android. To do this open the Play Store on your phone. Search Gmail, wait for a few seconds, and hit Update.

If the solution works, that is good and if not, then move on to the next solution.

2) Log out from your account and log in again: Many times your problem is solved by following this step. First, remove your account from the device and then log in again to your device. This also helps if my apps keep crashing on Android.

See if the problem is occurring or not. If it is, then hit the next solution.

3) Check storage: Now, check the storage in your phone and see if there is sufficient space in it to send or receive emails. If not, then delete some unnecessary items. To check your phone storage, go to Settings and then Storage. You need to make sure there is sufficient storage.

4) Reset your application preferences: Sometimes your issue is solved by resetting your app preferences. To reset this, you need to go to Settings and click on reset options. Select the app preferences you want to make and click Ok to confirm them.

We hope the above solutions will help in solving your issue of Gmail app keeps crashing.
